Petronas HSE Day
These events took place over a span of two days: HSE Day Conference & a Tree-planting Day. For Day 1, we provided all technology for the Conference talk to run smoothly, including mics, LED panels, video output to several TVs, LED display screens, speakers; and Q&A online platform and QR codes. The decor, we provided flowers as a tabletop centerpiece.
For Day 2, for the tree-planting starting ceremony, we provided the tech of mic, speakers; along with the tent for food breaks, the liaising of catering and refreshments, the zumba activity for the Petronas team.
